Advertising and Marketing Victoria         Ashly Kubicek, Principal and Janell McPhail, Principal are business women that are success driven. Their philosophy is to create long lasting partnerships with the people they do business with.
        Ashly, a Victoria, TX native, is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. Before beginning Meridian Marketing & Associates she formerly was a top producer and sales & marketing manager for a large new home builder/developer where she managed nine communities, 11 sales agents, and over $50 million in land and new home inventory. Along with new home management, Ashly spearheaded new brand development for emerging companies entering the market.
        Janell is the yang of the yin-yang relationship with Ashly. She is full of laughter and nonsensical ideas, and can analyze any amount of data until there is nothing left. She thinks from a broad, brand perspective, and can multi task into exhaustion. Janell holds a master’s degree in Advertising from the University of Texas and a bachelor of science from Texas A&M University, but for the record is an Aggie at heart. She has extensive experience developing brands and managing fully integrated marketing campaigns with great success.
        Together, Ashly and Janell work knowing that great ideas are only grand because the client is in love with them. It is their passion and continuous drive to exceed client expectations, in all that they do, that keeps the company going (and a margarita now and then helps too).
